1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 88fg platform at 88fg.io, including all associated subdomains, mobile browser interfaces, and digital services (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on this Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Access to and use of the Platform is conditional upon full acceptance of these Terms. 88fg reserves the right to deny access to any individual who does not comply with or accept these Terms.

2 Eligibility

Use of the 88fg Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The minimum age requirement is 21 years, and this requirement is strictly enforced.
• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or as an agent of, any third party in relation to any gaming activity.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of 88fg, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from the 88fg Platform, whether voluntarily through a self-exclusion request or involuntarily as a result of a breach of these Terms.
• Online gaming is not prohibited under any laws applicable to your location at the time of participation.

88fg reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. This may include, but is not limited to, a national identity card, passport, driving licence, or other government-issued identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence of eligibility within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction. 88fg does not provide legal advice and makes no representation as to the legality of online gaming in any particular jurisdiction. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether their use of the Platform is lawful.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming features on the 88fg Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Any information provided that is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one active account on the 88fg Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited. 88fg uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the original verified account may be closed, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings accumulated in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. You agree to notify 88fg immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. 88fg will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. 88fg will never contact you by any channel to request your password or full payment details.

3.4 Account Verification

88fg operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to verify your identity, age, and payment method at any point during the lifecycle of your account, including but not limited to at the point of first withdrawal, upon reaching deposit thresholds, or in response to suspicious activity flags. Verification documents may include a national identity card, passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the specified timeframe may be suspended.

4 Deposits & Payments

88fg accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 88fg does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which 88fg bears no responsibility.
• Deposited funds are held in a segregated account and used solely for the purpose of funding your gaming activity on the Platform.
• 88fg reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if it is suspected of originating from fraudulent, unlawful, or third-party sources.
• All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of funds from their 88fg account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawal method must match the payment method used to make the original deposit into the account wherever technically possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction and per day is subject to limits displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawals are processed within standard business processing times. Most withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are completed within one to four hours; bank transfers may take up to three business days.
• 88fg reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. During this period, the withdrawal may be held pending clearance.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will be excluded from any withdrawal calculation.
• 88fg reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request if fraudulent activity is detected during the review period. In such cases, the Player will be notified and the matter referred for investigation.

Withdrawal requests that remain unprocessed due to failed verification will be held for a maximum of 30 calendar days, after which the funds will be returned to the account balance pending resolution of the verification matter.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

88fg offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the promotional communication, including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds restrictions, and eligible game contributions.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses can only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• 88fg reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be exploiting bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play — will have their bonus forfeited and may have their account suspended.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms and conditions published alongside each offer. Real-money funds deposited alongside a bonus may be used first or last depending on the specific bonus configuration — please refer to individual offer terms for clarification.

7 Game Rules & Betting

All games available on the 88fg Platform — including live casino games, slots, sports betting markets, and specialty games — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or betting market interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before participating.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing processes conducted by professional dealers in licensed studios.
• 88fg does not alter or manipulate game outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game round, 88fg will apply a fair resolution policy: if a round cannot be completed and the outcome cannot be reliably determined, all stakes for the affected round will be returned to the Player's account.
• Bets placed on sports markets are subject to the result determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket). In the event of a match abandonment or void declaration by the governing body, stakes will be returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market, as displayed within each game or betting interface.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88fg Platform. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any verification process.
• Attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Operating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another individual.
• Using software, scripts, bots, automated systems, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code, algorithms, or systems of the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the use of the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs to gain credits or advantages not intended by the Platform. Any winnings resulting from a known technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players, 88fg staff, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform's infrastructure or services.

9 Responsible Gaming

88fg is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform provides the following tools to help Players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period, after which further play is restricted until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure reminders that alert them when a gaming session has reached a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications during gaming sessions inform Players of time elapsed and net session result.

10 Privacy & Data

The Privacy Policy describes what data is collected, why it is collected, how it is stored, how long it is retained, and the rights you have in relation to your personal data.

88fg will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party payment processors (such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket) is limited to information strictly necessary to process your payment transaction. All data transfers are conducted over encrypted channels.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 88fg Platform — including but not limited to the 88fg brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other proprietary material — is the intellectual property of 88fg or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 88fg.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88fg, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or gaming winnings arising from any technical failure, server downtime, or connectivity interruption beyond 88fg's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subject to change without notice.
• Any decision to place a bet or wager, or the outcome of any such bet or wager.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 88fg makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, 88fg's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

88fg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Where changes are material — such as changes to core eligibility rules, payment policies, or responsible gaming provisions — 88fg will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email or an on-Platform notification to registered account holders.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the 88fg support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with standard commercial arbitration procedures. Nothing in this clause prevents 88fg from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in cases of urgent necessity.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
